McDonalds Little Terror.

Would you defend your child if you heard some stranger yelling at them? Or at least find out what was going on? I'm getting ahead of myself. Here's the story: The other night I met my sister-in-law at McDonalds so that the kids could play and eat dinner and we could sit and chat. Anyways, Macy and her cousin Cooper (who's the same age as Macy) had discovered that they could climb up the tubes and go down the slides all by themselves! Way to go kids! They were so proud of themselves and having the time of their lives. About half way through our playdate Macy starts screaming in the very top of the tubes, one of those-I'm in real trouble screams. I had to climb up the tubes myself to find a girl, I'd say she was 6 or 7 years old, yanking on both of Macys arms while Macy was in hysterics. She didn't even stop when she saw me! I was so mad and told her to let go of her and that she couldn't touch Macy again while they were playing. The girl didn't care and went on her way down the slide while I dealt with my crying baby.
After calming Macy down I let her go play again and within 2 minutes the same thing happened, I climbed up the tube again, rescued Macy from the evil girl, got mad again this time yelling at her. I bring Macy down, and she runs off to only have it happen a third time! I was up in the tubes three times! I didn't let Macy leave me again the rest of the night.
In the mean time, Cooper is still happily playing until he starts screaming, and crying. It was so loud that I honestly thought that he had broken a leg up there. So my sister-in-law Kristie sprints up the tubes and the next thing I hear is Kristies voice echoing through the playland. She is yelling, at the top of her lungs at this little girl.
Kristie comes down tubes with Cooper still crying, his nose is bleeding, shes got blood all over her shirt, she's literally shaking with fury, and she goes straight to this girls mom and lets her have it. Kristie yelled something along the lines of "You better get ahold of your freaking child!! I'm so sick of this! She in there being mean to our kids and I'm not going to deal with it anymore! Get your girl out of there and talk to her right now!"
Then the mom says, acting completely uninterested, "Did she do that?" looking at Coopers bloody face. Kristie said yes, and the mom, while still sitting back and drinking her coke, says "huh." and does and says nothing else. Her little terror still running wild in the playland. Unbelievable.
By this point Raegan is scared to death and is crying to go home. We get our coats and leave frustrated and still mad as can be. The entire way home Raegan cried and is saying to me, "Sometimes Moms get mad at little girls." (talking about Kristie yelling), and I say yes, but only when their hurting someone. Raegan says "That girl was being so mean and sometimes Moms have to yell at her." shes still crying. My poor Raegan was terrified after hearing and being apart of that fight.
I came home and was telling Kurt the story and he couldn't believe the mom didn't do or say anything. He said "If that happened to me I would have flipped her drink on her and said 'how do you like to be picked on? That's what your kid is doing to mine!"
I know that I should have said something to the mom after the second time the girl was picking on Macy, but the mom saw the whole thing and didn't care and I'm not one to cause contention. I was shocked that she sat back and didn't bat an eye that her daughter not only made a baby bleed but was also getting yelled at by a stranger! No wonder her child is completely out of control!
