I was in charge of bringing a dessert for a bridal shower this weekend so I thought I'd give it a try. I even made a cute cake platter for it...it was beautiful, until about 10 minutes before I needed to leave, then this happened...
Then the cake decided to slip off the platter, I tried to salvage it with no luck...
The Costco coconut cream pie I picked up on the way to the shower tasted great.
